I created SoulCare Counseling LA from a deep belief that healing should be accessible, human, and rooted in genuine connection. As a therapist, sound healer, and advocate for collective wellness, my work is dedicated to supporting individuals who are carrying a lot—whether it’s emotional pain, identity questions, burnout, trauma, or simply the exhaustion of being the strong one for everyone else.

Approach

My approach is both therapeutic and relational. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing. Instead, I meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools that support real transformation.
